Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us and request a refund within 14 days of receiving it. We are happy to offer free returns on all items that meet our return policy.
We inform you that the products purchased cannot be replaced and, therefore, if you wish to change the purchased item, you can make a return and proceed with a new order.

We recommend that you create an account and log in before confirming your order, so that you can request a return and track your return.
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.
